This notion that there is no virtue or morality without religion is an insulting calumny. The only moral precept anyone needs is the Golden Rule (treat others as you would wish to be treated) or, equivalently, Kant’s Categorical Imperative (behave as you would wish everyone to behave).
Religious morality is that of a six-year-old: be good, or Big Daddy up in the sky will get angry and punish you. Grown adults don’t need threats and rewards to know how to behave.
