This is a ridiculous statement. There weren’t any Jews 5700 years ago. The Hebrew calendar counts 5784 years since the creation of the world, which traditional Jewish chronology dates to 3761 BCE by the civil calendar. (The alternative Christian calculation by Bishop Ussher puts it at 4004 BCE.)

The history of Jewish persecution might be taken to begin with the Assyrian conquest of the Kingdom of Israel, and the scattering of the ten “lost tribes,” in 722 BCE. That’s 2745 years ago: a long time, but nowhere near 5700 years. No need to exaggerate.
