On the other hand, don’t hesitate to use it as a noun. Lately I notice a lot of people who think they’re being extra polite by saying “Jewish people” instead of just “Jews,” as if the plain word “Jew” were somehow offensive or at least distasteful. We are proud to be Jews; don’t be afraid to call us that.
