Just what do you mean, Antoun, by “civilian Hizbollah workers”? Anyone carrying one of those pagers was not a civilian but a Hizbollah operative. That made them an enemy of Israel, and a legitimate target of attack.

It’s simple, really: if you don’t want Israel to attack you, don’t attack Israel. Why is that so hard to understand?
