It is not propaganda, it is public opinion sampling. The whole point is that this guy is not pushing a viewpoint one way or the other, just asking people for theirs. You say no one can understand what’s going on without listening to people who are there on the ground. That’s what he’s doing, going out in the street and letting people speak for themselves.
