I see people doing this all the time. Pushing a baby stroller. Riding a bike, for Darwin’s sake! In traffic! (Maybe it really is for Darwin’s sake, thinning the herd of those too stupid to survive.)

I think a very good rule would be, never use your phone unless you’re sitting down.
